have you noticed the new jcpenney marketing campaign?  they’ve gone back to basics…no crazy markups just to markdown for sales.  that’s what i’ve done for 9 years.  affordable prices so it sells quickly with new items arriving every week.  and when it’s time for a sale, it’s a SALE!  the charlotte girls will tell you how it works!  two sale weeks every year where you can get the most amazing deals!  no games in here.  honest pricing, merchandise i believe in, and a little bubbly and chocolate from time to time!
