who is eileen?

i'm just a girl who loves trendy clothes trying to help other girls who love trendy clothes!  i left the corporate world in 2003 to open a chic boutique full of designer inspired handbags, fashion jewelry, and yes-trendy clothes!  my credo?  nothing over $99!  why?  because you just shouldn't have to spend $100 for a great t-shirt or a fashionable dress!

where is the shop?

does eileen have its own brand?

yes!  women love the private label line of signature t-shirts.  it allows me to control the colors, styles and graphics, so they're unique to eileen customers!  and priced at $24 and under, these wardrobe staples are within easy reach for everyone.

how do i know my order will fit?

the trendy clothing comes from many different vendors, so sizes do vary. overall, though, customers tell me things tend to run a bit small. but be sure to read the product description for more details about sizing! i do my best to include tips whenever possible.

will you wrap it up all cute and stuff?

one way i keep costs down is by eliminating gift wrap, both in the shop and online. orders are shipped in kraft brown cardboard boxes with tissue paper. i am happy to include a personal note - just be sure to email me the specifics.

what is your return policy for in-store purchases?

be sure to keep your receipt! trendy clothing, designer handbags, fashion jewelry or any other purchases made in-store can be returned for cash back within 14 days if items are unworn, with tags attached. returns over $50 will receive store credit. sale items are not returnable.

what about online purchases?

not 100% happy with the designer handbag you ordered? no problem! all items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached - within 30 days of the invoice date. a merchandise return form and shipping label will be provided in the original packaging. once i process the return, your original form of payment will be credited, less the shipping and handling.

can i exchange an online purchase?

have you had your eye on a new melie bianco handbag? maybe a pair of havaiana flip-flops? then just send in your other purchase for an exchange! all rules outlined above still apply, only shipping is on me for exchanges.

to tax or not to tax?

since eileen is the trendy clothes headquarters for phoenix, arizona, all state tax laws are in play! orders shipped outside phoenix are tax-free, but all others will still be taxed. sorry, it's the law.

what's up with gift certificates?

there are four different designs from which to select.  please look at them in the 'extras' category and call me for processing.  the same goes for redemption...give me a call and i'll will handle all the special stuff.  

how much for shipping and handling?
