who is eileen?

just a girl who loves trendy clothes trying to help other girls who love trendy clothes!  eileen left the corporate world in 2003 to open a chic boutique full of designer inspired handbags, fashion jewelry, and yes-trendy clothes!  eileen's credo?  nothing over $99.  why?  because you just shouldn't have to spend $100 for a great t-shirt or a fashionable dress!

does eileen have its own brand?

yes!  we are thrilled with our new private label line of signature t-shirts.  it allows us to control the colors, styles and graphics, so they're unique to eileen customers!  and priced at just $29 and $34, these wardrobe staples are within easy reach for everyone.

what other brands does eileen carry?

we carry all kinds of designer inspired handbags, fashion jewelry and trendy clothes.  some of our favorite brands are havaianas flip flops, catherine popesco jewelry, level99 denim and melie bianco handbags.  check back often to see what designer brands we've added! 

how do i know my order will fit?

we get our trendy clothes from many different vendors, so sizes do vary. overall, though, our customers tell us things tend to run a bit small. but be sure to read the product description for more details about sizing! we do our best to include tips whenever possible.

will you wrap it up all cute and stuff?

one way we keep our costs down is by eliminating gift wrap, both in the shop and online. orders are shipped in kraft brown cardboard boxes with colorful tissue paper. we are happy to include a personal note - just be sure to email us the specifics.

what is your return policy for in-store purchases?

be sure to keep your receipt! trendy clothing, designer handbags, fashion jewelry or any other purchases made in-store can be returned for cash back within 14 days if items are unworn, with tags attached. returns over $50 will receive store credit. sale items are not returnable.

what about online purchases?

not 100% happy with the designer handbag you ordered? no problem! all items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached - within 30 days of the invoice date. a merchandise return form and shipping label will be provided in the original packaging. once we process the return, your original form of payment will be credited, less the shipping and handling.

can i exchange an online purchase?

have you had your eye on a new melie bianco handbag? maybe a pair of havaianas flip-flops or level99 denim jeans? then just send in your other purchase for an exchange! all rules outlined above still apply, only shipping is on us for exchanges.

to tax or not to tax?

since eileen is the trendy clothes headquarters for charlotte, north carolina, all state tax laws are in play! orders shipped outside north carolina are tax-free, but all others will still be taxed. sorry, it's the law.

what's up with gift certificates?

unfortunately we are not set up to sell gift certificates online at this time. if you were lucky enough to receive one as a gift that was purchased in the shop, you can use it to purchase online. however, please call us so we can handle it personally. stay tuned - we will make gift certificates available online very very soon!

how much for shipping and handling?

we're all about getting your order processed just as fast as we can. keep in mind we don't ship on weekends or holidays. use the chart below to estimate your shipping and handling fees.
